Account & Data Deletion

SkyLog provides complete transparency and a secure in-app mechanism across both iOS and Android platforms for users to permanently delete their account and all associated personal and aviation data.

Warning: Deleting your account will permanently purge your user profile, personal details, digital signatures, stamps, and unendorsed logbook drafts. Please export your CAR-66 PDF or Excel logbook prior to deleting your account.

How to Delete Your Account & Personal Data

For identity verification and data security, all account deletions must be initiated directly from inside the SkyLog mobile application.

If you currently have the app installed on your Android or iOS device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the SkyLog app on your mobile device.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Tap on your Profile Photo / Avatar located in the top-right corner of the top bar.
  4. This opens the Profile & Settings screen.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on the red Delete Account option.
  6. Confirm by confirming the confirmation dialog.
  7. Your user account, authentication credentials, and cloud-stored data will be permanently purged immediately.
If you have already uninstalled the application:
To prevent unauthorized account tampering or accidental loss of official aviation records, web-based or email-only deletion requests are not supported. If you previously uninstalled SkyLog, please follow these steps:
  1. Re-download the SkyLog app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Sign in with your registered account credentials.
  3. Tap your Profile Photo / Avatar in the top-right corner to open Profile & Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, and confirm the deletion.
  5. Once your account deletion is confirmed and processed, you can safely uninstall the app from your device.
